Graphic Designer

ecosystem that brings together makers with the designers, materials and manufacturers they need to bring their products to life. The Columbia, South Carolina-based company is the developer of the only CAD as a Service (CADaaS) platform for digital manufacturing. This proprietary technology is the driving force behind ZVerse’s leading-edge ZShield manufacturing business, which produces millions of face shields to support the COVID-19 response.

Position Overview

ZVerse, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Designer to conceptualize, design and execute the creation of engaging content for public platforms in use at ZVerse. The Graphic Designer will need to be an agile and adaptable individual who works with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch graphic content.

Responsibilities

  • Provides in-house graphic design, print preparation, and archiving of marketing collateral including but not limited to marketing materials, product spec sheets, presentations, brochures, advertising, website materials, posters, packaging, and logos for all products and services
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
  • Manages projects from conceptualization to production, including but not limited to consulting with client and management to determine scope of project, developing sample layouts for approval, interfacing with outside vendors, presenting samples for approval, and preparing final layout for production
  • Assures quality of final product before release
  • Maintains high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of print materials
  • Manages all media assets
  • Assists with strategizing, designing, and producing visual communications
  • Interacts and collaborates effectively with internal and external team members to assure creative needs of the company are met
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Power Point, Microsoft Office applications, HTML, CSS and Javascript. Video and animation skills also needed.
