Recently, ZVerse was given the opportunity to participate in the Neville Renewed Campaign at Presbyterian College. Our team created 3D-printed replicas of a newly renovated Neville Hall as gifts for donors of the campaign.
Neville Hall has been the iconic building on the Presbyterian College campus since 1907, and has since served as student housing, faculty offices and a classroom building. Representatives from the school began fundraising for the building’s much needed expansion in 2015. Renovations to the building will include the addition of new classrooms, offices, state-of-the-art technology, better ADA accessibility and the reopening of the rotunda.
PC’s Director of Major Gifts reached out to ZVerse Co-Founder and PC alumnus Kevin Maloney to create a product for donors. Our solution was to create the first ever 3D-printed Neville Hall replica. With LAYR™, our 2D-to-3D content creation platform, we used 2D images and blueprints to create 3D replicas of Neville Hall that featured the upcoming renovations and expansion. We had the pleasure of hand delivering 50 Neville Hall replicas to Grady Jones, VP of Advancement, Marketing, PR & Communications at Presbyterian College.
“We think this has been a very professional operation,” said Jones. “We’re very pleased with the product and we look forward to working with ZVerse in the future.”
